Alvaro Matador is not only an expert at padel, with prominent roles as a professional player and coach, but he also brings a solid academic background and extensive experience in commercial and leadership roles. He has a Superior Engineering degree in Telecommunications and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, which together with his notable career in the business world, gives him a unique and comprehensive perspective.

Padel has always been very close to Alvaro's professional life, as he has dedicated part of his career as a Padel Coordinator and Sports Director at the Real Club Jolaseta. In addition, at Padel Nuestro, Alvaro led for a year as International Expansion Manager.

These qualifications consolidate a well-forged career and experience in both the commercial and sports areas, making his incorporation into the Padel Tech team not just a bet on growth and market leadership. It also represents the introduction of a new vision and identity to the company to achieve our set goals. We are confident that his extensive experience in this sector and in the commercial world will significantly contribute to our expansion and consolidation in the padel market.
